We have great benefits and the hourly pay is above others in Florida

Better 401K matching would be great,

working from home is a plus but not being able to use the restroom or be away for 2 mins is ridiculous. Micro managing at its finest.

Absolutley in every way and no taking any consideration on makung sure employees are understanding- No follow up at any moment

No transparency since merger and cuts come from nowhere. Not feeling safe at all.

Get the numbers but you still won't get paid accordingly. People get paid on a scale not on work ethic or performance.

There is no interaction with coworkers there are no team meeting or any other interaction allowed. It is just work work work

The problem isn't the co-workers, it's specifically management at the Sr. VP and executive level

Management needs to actually allow employees to work together and learn from each other as a team.

The interview process is kind of all over the place. It depends on who you get. There don't seem to be any systems in place or consistency.

The process takes too long and weeks go by with no follow-up or offer/rejection.

The company needs to be broken up

Nothing in the pipeline to generate additional revenue. If acquisition closes, there will be layoffs, if acquisition does not close there will be layoffs.

Revenue growth is very limited
