The best thing about the teams I work with is the commitment to continually improving and trying to find better ways to do things and achieve better outcomes.

The culture and inclusiveness. Even with being in another state than my team members, there is still the feeling of team. I consider them all friends.

I work from home, but with all the tools that Change Healthcare provides, I never seem to skip a beat.

What did you like most about the interview process?
It was quite a number of years ago, but it was pretty informal. They did ask a lot of questions to understand how I think about the work that I do, but they allowed me to ask a lot of questions too.

The people I work with make it worthwhile. Even when something seems really difficult or even impossible, the team supports one another and we are able to tackle a lot.
