Fair for my level of experience and position, performance bonus is something to work towards and a helpful addition.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Well coordinated, interviewed with different members of the team who ultimately became my direct supervisor, my mentor, and the Senior team leader.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Highly collaborative with different perspectives, remote, located across the country. All contribute to the culture of the team, willing to help each other, makes working remotely feel very inclusive and normal.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like that my team is open to my ideas and takes them seriously, even if I don't have a ton of experience in a specific area. They value new perspectives and it creates an awesome, innovative workflow.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company is well set up for a mostly remote workforce. They have a lot of tools and technology for employees to succeed in remote roles; encourages balance and my manager has actually told me to take breaks or finish up "there is a lot of work but it doesn't all need to get done in one day"
