
There was nothing positive about working at CHC.
Accountability for their actions and how they treat employees especially ones that have a disability.
Management needs to actually allow employees to work together and learn from each other as a team.
Management needs to show and appreciate what their employees do on a daily basis. They also need to respect their employee's udeas and listen too them instead of continuing to do things that no longer work.
People are being put into supervisory positions when they do not even have the skills to do their jobs. The biggest issue is the total lack of communication and respect for the employee that they supervise.
Management needs to treat their employees respectfully and not yell at them and belittle them in front of coworkers. They need to follow the workplace expectations and the code of conduct just like everyone else is expected to do. Management needs to take accountability for their actions.
