Work hard to get nowhere. It's never enough. Have a great manager! The upper MGMT are nuts. Only concern is that $$$$$!!!. Sure merger with Optum will result in many employees losing their jobs. This is not a company to invest your time in. They don't value their employee's. Lot of lip service!!!

A couple of good workers. Rest are lazy.

Not a darn thing that I can come up with!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
What Leadership team? Only one I know is my manager, who by the way rocks! She gets jerked around daily.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Bloated Corporate business with WAY OVERPAID Executives who are only concerned about how much their bonus will be. They don't give a darn about ALL of the employees who actually do the work to make the company run.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They raise insurance rates yearly and employees pay a good portion of premiums, no bonuses in my dept, but other depots get bonuses yet we're supposed to all be part of the ChangeHealthcare family!!!, no raises based on performance, lucky to get a 1 or 2 % yearly raise. Nothing but big joke.
