The most positive aspect about my companies culture is the atmosphere and everyone greeting each other in the morning. We love the opportunity to chat and "small talk" about each others weekend.
What makes you most happy at work?
Every day is a new experience. I feel I have a great support system to lean on, so If there were to be a day where I needed an extra hand I know that I have a pod to assist me.
