- What makes you most happy at work?Getting to work with people across all the various departments. I love getting to know lots of people across the org.
- What are some of the best things about your team?Our team dynamic is very healthy. Everyone knows their role, what they should be doing and what a successful contribution looks like. Expectations are set very clearly.
- What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Diversity and belonging are the biggest. We're big on diversity and we don't plan on changing that.

I also notice that on the schedule of roles (ex: P1,P2,P3) it describes mine as having a low level of responsibility, but I don't feel like I have a low level of responsibility.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?My compensation is below the Workday pay range and I have received no formal communication from the HR team regarding how and when this will be corrected.
