What makes you most happy at work?Getting to work with people across all the various departments. I love getting to know lots of people across the org.
What are some of the best things about your team?Our team dynamic is very healthy. Everyone knows their role, what they should be doing and what a successful contribution looks like. Expectations are set very clearly.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Diversity and belonging are the biggest. We're big on diversity and we don't plan on changing that.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?My pay is under the median amount listed in WorkDay. I also notice that on the schedule of roles (ex: P1,P2,P3) it describes mine as having a low level of responsibility, but I don't feel like I have a low level of responsibility.
