Our PTO is able to rollover. I know I will need more time off next year so I am saving my PTO and plan to keep it for next year.

My team consists of varying perspectives, experiences, and we all teach each other. I love that we are not afraid to share our thoughts and work together to continuously improve.

Our leadership team listens and makes changes based on the voices of our team members. I have worked at organizations that collect feedback, but not many that consistently make improvements based on it!

At the end of the day, it is important to me to be making an impact. At ChenMed, although I don't work directly with patients, I can see the positive impact we have made in our patient's lives and this keeps me energized and engaged.
