What are some of the best things about your team?

My team is intelligent, empathetic and purpose driven

They are a supportive group

We all love our mission to make a difference for the elderly population.

The best thing about ChenMed is the individual contributors and the managers who care. Any one that is VP level and up doesn't care.

They are all very smart and hard-working. And always helpful and collaborative.

We Work as a real team! And have each other's back.

The team is strong and works good together

Great group to work with

The employees form a family like bond.. and we're all fighting the bully (the company) together as a unit. But still strive to enjoy our time together and provide the best care possible for the patients.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Daily 9 AM stand-up meetings are a huge waste of time.
