We all care about each other and worry about each other and help each other

We all want to give 100% and our best effort. It shows that people are committed and want to do the right thing.

Strong dedication to the company's vision, mission and values - beginning with the executive team.

The culture of love, accountability and passion is constantly reinforced. There is a lot of thought put into making the work meaningful, while still having fun.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Read the employee surveys and stop ordering so many themed t-shirts.

They should care more about the people that are providing the services. If all clinical/office staff didn't show up, not a single person from leadership would be able to handle what we do on a daily basis.
