What do you like best about the leadership team?
Caring, mission driven and want to see people grow and make an impact in our patients lives.
The leaders have great vision, they seem to really vare for their people but unfortunately thr powers that be wonr let them be the empathetic and caring leaders they are
They treat the employees and the patients with dignity and the company is very mission minded which gives employees a sense of purpose in their work

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They know what they are doing wrong. They read the annual employee surveys and yet do nothing about it.
Leading and listening. Their main focus is numbers and getting paid, but could care less about the people that work endlessly to tend to the patients' needs. They can't function without us but don't seem to believe that everyone is already one foot out the door.
