I do not give this family-owned and led healthcare delivery company high marks. Hostile and bully work environment. Their focus is about growing patient acquisition, recruiting more doctors, and opening more and more centers! Not about employee satisfaction or career guidance. Stay away!

They know what they are doing wrong. They read the annual employee surveys and yet do nothing about it.
