Being more honest about the challenges we face and the problems we have. We focus too much on telling a positive story

I've been witness to multiple controversial product decisions that were clearly the result of internal politics, and at the expense of our users. It really bugs me when people put their resume ahead of what's good for the company/team.

Eliminate the "people" team, I have no idea what they do except for pushing their own personal opinions and viewpoints on the company when no one asked for them. Management starts listening to the employees who are on the ground and hearing what customers want. Get rid of your egos.
