The stock price keeps going up

Bonus 401K match ESOP and Health Ins

The best part Was the pay

Health benifits are great a little pricy but not over the top. After 5 years they match your 401k

STOCK OPTIONS, STOCK GRANTS AND PROFIT SHARING

the car stipend and insurance

The insurance benefits and stock are great

I wish it was a PTO cruel system, but other than that I am very happy with the benefit package.

Top of the line benefits at a great price.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Fair pay, fair comp plan, competitive PTO plan.

No yearly raises. Pto is a joke

PTO structure is a joke. 5 years at the company and only 2 yearly evaluation raises

I'd rather a straight up match than the gamble of how much the executives feel like sharing that year.

There is very little incentive to outperform your projections when all you are working toward is an annual bonus.

My boss for some reason doesn't like me and was supposed to give me more momey when I changed positions and he disnt

hard work is not a determination of how far you get. who you know and are strongly acquainted with is what determines where you stand within the company or if you will be let go due to a massive pandemic. none of it is fair.
