Health benifits are great a little pricy but not over the top. After 5 years they match your 401k

I wish it was a PTO cruel system, but other than that I am very happy with the benefit package.

I'd rather a straight up match than the gamble of how much the executives feel like sharing that year.
There is very little incentive to outperform your projections when all you are working toward is an annual bonus.

Getting paid when I have to leave work because of other medical issues that they want to say could be Covid which I was just tested with a negative test so they wanna keep me home 72 hours and not pay me or you kidding me is this my fault

hard work is not a determination of how far you get. who you know and are strongly acquainted with is what determines where you stand within the company or if you will be let go due to a massive pandemic. none of it is fair.
