Ive been with Cintas for 16 years but over the last 4 years i feel as though the GM 's that have been placed at our location have been too inexperienced. They have lacked personal skills and they both both refused to receive feedback.

The partners that i get to impact and influence postively on a daily basis.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It motivates me to do well to support my family regardless of the support at the location.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The GM needs to have a better understanding of the people and be open to feedback wothout partners being fearful of retaliation
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team within the location minus the GM has a sense of understanding that you have to take care of your people. People are the lifeline of our business along with our customers.
