Work to prevent mistakes not cover them up.

They will go out of their way to make customers happy and react accordingly.

My customers appreciating my hard work and over looking the mistakes management made along with stock room.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I worked in rural Georgia, salary plus commission doesn't work when you some 5 of your 11 hours of the day driving.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Preventing problems and mishaps not reacting to them all the time. Its not a very structured or proactive branch at all.
