Being able to work in a non-hostile environment where I can work and make money in peace.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Very diverse with many different ethnic groups of people. Most people are there to work it seems like.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview process was reasonably fast and went smooth, not too many questions and I was hired right away.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I get a fair package but not the best and dental is not the best but at least I have one.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most are serious about doing a good job and want to make a living and money each week so things are well.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
This is a hardworking company with a lot of work in the plants that are still operational as a lot were closed down.
