Management needs to be more open and friendly and not so unapproachable or act like you want to be there.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
They have too many rules that don't make sense, ask for a lot of work for not adequate pay. The company makes a lot of money, but they offer no bonus for the employees that make that happen.
