It's terrible. Really really terrible. Hard work is not rewarded. Lack of empathy, more so than usual, within HR. Unprofessionalism. There is a small amount of promiscuity but that is nothing to how much objectification of the female gender there is . I'm glad all the young female partners quit.

They listened for the most part.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The fact that the warehouse is so small. Fewer people to interact with and fewer interactions with supervisors who are obviously are not fit/professional enough to be supervisors.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
hard work is not a determination of how far you get. who you know and are strongly acquainted with is what determines where you stand within the company or if you will be let go due to a massive pandemic. none of it is fair.
