No yearly raises. Pto is a joke

PTO structure is a joke. 5 years at the company and only 2 yearly evaluation raises

I'd rather a straight up match than the gamble of how much the executives feel like sharing that year.

There is very little incentive to outperform your projections when all you are working toward is an annual bonus.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Team Reviews

coworkers need to learn to work with diverse perspectives and identities.

SSR'S and SS's are great. SM could communicate better, plant can hardly keep up for location constantly not getting product for our customers having to do runbacks

Being more professional. Some coworkers create uncomfortable work environment

Because we don't pay well we end up getting subpar new hires in finance and accounting. Young male college grads are immature and lack financial acumen.

They should shut the company down

There is a pseudo family enviorment that doesnt feel genuine, i also feel at any moment something can in a negative way.

Interviews Reviews

Having true engineers with the degrees and training and understanding a personal protection and safety in the workplace

Expedite talented candidates. It's an incredibly slow and deliberate process and I lost out on quality candidates because of it.

Make the process more efficient and faster

Too many interviews. Unorganized process, takes too long to make a decision.

Not interviewing with so many people.

Leadership in fibance and accounting needs to go. Stop promoting based on popularity.

The leaders of Corporate AP must be removed and replaced from outside. The Treasurer must be removed and replaced.

Purchase better equiptment and treat partners as human beings not like trash

Nothing. Everything seems pretty good

The company is great, everybody gets along with each other. It's like a big family, everybody working together to accomplish the same goal. It's a great place to work.
