Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
So far it's good. There are some annoying things like the new romantic relationship policy that was created after one of the founders did not follow it and moved to Cali with someone that worked for him.

Leadership open to suggestions and very friendly.

It's getting much better. Fair comp.

My teammates, they are awesome people.

Have a clear policy for compensation.

It was quick for me. But it depends a lot because there's no formal process to hire.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have awesome coworkers. The product managers are very attentive to details and provide good specifications to our stories.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
As we grow we might want to create a growth path for those who joined in the first years.

My team has mostly brilliant and easy going people. We have been working together for a very long time and we get along very well.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team used to have the best developers I ever have worked with in my life. Now it shrank because some good people have been fired or left.
What makes you most happy at work?
I can do what I love most that are coding and development, and I'm fairly compensated for it. I have a very good relationship with my coworkers and I developed very good friendships here.
