Mr. David F. Mullen has been Principal Accounting Officer, Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller of CIRCOR International, Inc. since September 8, 2015 and served as its Vice President for Finance Operations since joining it in April 2015. Mr. Mullen served as a Vice President of Ziff Davis, LLC since January 2001 and also served as its Controller. Mr. Mullen also served as an Assistant Controller of Ziff Davis Inc. from January 1999 to April 2000; Director of Financial Reporting from June 1998 to January 1999 and Manager of External Reporting from November 1997 to June 1998. He served in various positions at Deloitte & Touche, LLP from 1990 to 1997. Mr. Mullen joined CIRCOR International as Vice President of Finance and Operations since April 2015. Mr. Mullen served at Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc., where he held various finance leadership roles including Vice President of Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis, Vice President of Finance Global Business Services & Product Development and Vice President of Finance Anatomical Pathology Division from 2004 to 2015. Mr. Mullen is a Certified Public Accountant. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Fairfield University.
