Ms. Jennifer H. Allen has been Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at CIRCOR International, Inc. since November 2016. Ms. Allen has over 20 years of experience in structuring, managing and negotiating mergers, acquisitions, dispositions and joint ventures. She has also advised businesses on a variety of corporate, antitrust, intellectual property, litigation and other general legal matters. Prior to joining CIRCOR, Ms. Allen was the Vice President and Associate General Counsel for Corporate and M&A at BAE Systems, Inc. Prior to BAE, she served in a number of senior level positions at Jones Day and Wyeth/Pfizer. Ms. Allen was an associate editor of the Law Review and a legal writing instructor at University of Pennsylvania Law School. She holds a Bachelor's degree in English and Political Science from the University of Delaware. Ms. Allen is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
