All the coworkers are nice, relateable, and understanding. They're trust worthy, and dependable
What makes you most happy at work?
Kind customers and i like using the register and unpacking boxes and then hanging those items on the Z-bars to be run!
What did you like most about the interview process?
My manager was very relaxed and gave me room to speak and answer questions at my own pace. We even got to talking about our personal lives which made me feel more comfortable
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I got put on bed rest ordered by my doctor, and now i have no income and im unsure if my maternity leave is paid for. Knowing that i have paid maternity leave (which im unsure about) would ease my stress. I feel i deserve more than $10 an hour because i do a lot and put a lot into work.
