We are close as a team even though we have to step on each other toes.

They need to work as a team and stop the pettiness. Stop looking down on employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They need to continue giving raises. The job is very tiresome especially being on our feet the whole time. We have to cater to the customer although it can be hard at times.
