What did you like most about the interview process?

It was easy and went smoothly. I was pretty much hired on the spot.

It went well and accordingly

The interview was very easy and it felt like I had already gotten the job. However, that may have been a red flag that the job was going to be rough.

They really tried to get to know who i was as a person

The job description and expectations were throughly explained to me

My manager was very relaxed and gave me room to speak and answer questions at my own pace. We even got to talking about our personal lives which made me feel more comfortable

I enjoyed speaking with the interviewers, they were all very passionate about the company

I was quick but it said you have to be 21 to work there but I was told otherwise at the interview.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Start over from scratch and bring better workers and security because the theft is high

If the manager wouldn't have disclosed about wanting to fire someone while interviewing me and telling me that she only has 3 good workers and everyone else is shit.

It should pay more to get better applicants
