My overall experience is pretty good I work with some great hard workers and we work really effectively as a team.

Great people but managers don't care about progression of your career. This leads to talent leaving for no reason but the fact they've hit a dead end. People want to grow and work hard but you have to give them a chance.

What can this brand most improve?

Should not send out offers of service that are pre approved when they are not!!

Please get me tge option of taking cash out of a Citizens ATM WITHOUT my balance HAVING to be printed on the receipt. Makes no sense, hige security issue.
