The absence of micromanagement. Our team is truted to act on our own accord. We always get the job done.

City encourages employees to express their opinions. In a lot of cases, those opinions are heard and acted upon. It is refreshing.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
PTO. There are no holidays and this is a good thing. Why? Because you essentially get to make your own holidays with the 28 days of PTO we are allocated. That is freedom!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The Leadership team here at City takes a genuine interest in our well-being. So much so, that each employee was taken through a comprehensive well-being program aptly named "City STRONG." It was insightful and for employees who have never been exposed to this type of education, it was enlightening!
