What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leading by example. City needs to train how to be a Leader vs Boss. Hes a push over and does MINIMAL for the team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Im doing the managers duties many times and my compensation is the same as fresh blood hired from the street. I know because the new hires discuss their compensation and this frustrates me incredibly. Makes me want to DO the MINIMUM my position requires.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
City has recently provided a "My City Cares" fund which I fully support and advocated years ago to my RFM and the North Director Martin Luckcuck, but it never seen the light of day. It is a step in the right direction showing "City Cares" about its employees.
