So far I have had a good experience. City has given me the opportunity to stay employed through covid and while moving to another state. I am greatly appreciative of everything the company has done for me. I would, however, like to see more growth if I am going to continue my stay.
I don't feel undervalued, I feel undercompensated.
People are friendly, easy to get along with
I don't know much about them so not sure.
Everyone has each others back. We are one team together.
We've all started around the same time and run a tight ship.
I like the flexibility that this job allows me and making a difference in someone's life.
Getting things done (approved or fixed) so I can do my job to the best of my ability.
Nothing is wrong. I don't think I'm typically excited to go to work everyday. It's a closed ended question.
I would just say the people who have gained trust in me so I can do my job with little supervision.
I have over 6 years of recruiting experience, 3 of those being in a leadership role. I have looked at the comps, for a recruiter with a BA and my experience, and am on the low end of the scale. I've stayed with City because I have great coworkers and good benefits, not because of the pay.
