This company and leadership has been good to me over the years. They have taught me valuable lessons that I have used and grown as an employee into manager. With the SLT we have at this business I believe we all can grow with the company to make this business the best in the US.

We have a President that is always trying to better, him and leadership always listen and take all feedback and try to use it for us to move forward.

Prior to pandemic we did a lot of events in the field, office meetings, trainings, team building, etc. It would be great to get back to those moving forward. I think it is extremely positive and great for culture.

My team is always there for me when I need anything they will jump through hoops to support anyone in the company. They are always the first people to support me when we take on a project and I know they will do anything to help.
