I'd like to be with this company until I retire, and that's over 30 years away. I have been able to grow my skills and my career here. I'm encourage to try new things and supported by my manager. Co-workers are great and I enjoy working with them.

Growth and support from my manager.

They are friendly and open to having conversations about the business.

We are making changes to embrace diversity and be inclusive to everyone. We change and grow as per the needs of the employees who work here.

They like to laugh and all are good about trying to talk to people they don't know. You can walk into a room and they will make you feel welcomed.

I like that this company has made a big effort to be inclusive and diversify. We have made many improvements such as adding training, changing hiring practices and have conversations.

We don't have a lot of grumpy workers. We all have a lot of work and can be stressed but we don't take it out on each other. We are all working hard to get the job done.
