The 401k has a good match and immediate vesting. Minor waiting period.

The President is very positive and real and demonstrates leadership well. Our company cares about our people.

My team is made up of independent thinkers, they are respectful, funny and share the same values as me. We complement each other well within our department.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The team is approachable and respectful to others in the business. We all put our pants on the same way in the morning and that respect is seen throughout the business.
