They are supportive in the business area as well as when there is something personal going on.

They let me do my job, listen when I need to vent, and step in when I ask. I know they appreciate my work.
They truly listen to me. If I just need to vent, they supply me support for that, if I request their involvement with something, I get that too.
They have company wide "spirit" weeks, Fall Festival etc. we get to share a bit of our personal flair. I got an old family recipe for sweet potatoe pie that was a hit for my Thanksgiving meal.
