
It would help if my manager knew ANY of my job and what my job entails.
As more and more work and duties and piled on, the compensation should reflect that and not wait almost 2 years for a raise.
CIty used to be a great place to work and a fun place to work. Now it's aout the numbers and not about the people.
We have several KNOWN team members that do the least amount possible and get paid the same as the rest of us with multiple duties. That is not fair.
