They genuinely care about all of us and make every effort to know us all by name. I love that our leadership is open to ideas and collaboration.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We are one of few companies without a health insurance rate increase this year. We have a team dedicated to putting together comprehensive package options to best suite the individual employees needs.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am most happy about the community we serve. During times of crisis our team is on site to ensure customers are able to feed their families whether it is a natural disaster, COVID, or something smaller like community wide power outage. We make sure the customer is able to provide valuable services.
