I've only been here a little over 90 days and I've already submitted my application for advancement. Most companies want 6 months to a year before consideration. The people are awesome, and leadership is great.

The positivity is amazing. Leadership builds you up, not tear you down.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love the fact that the compensation is high, room for growth, and the benefits are great and affordable.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like what I do. I like that I am always occupied and even have incentives just to do my job.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love my co-workers. This is the first call center I've worked for where there isn't drama. We all get along and some of us even hang out outside of work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership shows me they care. I am not just a number to them. My SR. CSR always asks me what I'd like to do next within the company. It shows me that she wants me to succeed. My supervisor, although she is quite busy, takes the time to check on me from time to time. I feel like City is the best!
