What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I'd rather be working from home and not have to go into the office every day, due to being more productive from home.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
there is nothing positive about having to be in the office everyday while everyone else gets to stay home and be safe from germs.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
to be paid based on seniority & education/degree, not for everyone within the department to be paid the same thing no matter how long they have been in the dept or with the company.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
If someone transfers to a dept and they decide it's not a good fit for them they should be allowed to transfer back to the previous dept (if there is an opening) within the first 90 days of the transfer & not have to wait 6 mos, be miserable and look for another job outside the company.
