The leadership team at City is always looking to build the business and add new services but also makes an extra effort to look out for our people. I feel like my voice is heard and I'm important not just as an employee but as a person.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We believe in growing the team as we grow the work. Some companies just make everyone work longer hours and bury their employees, but City continues to hire new talent as the workload grows. That's the right way to sustain and grow a business and to retain your employees.
