The Attitude of some of the people I work with is very depressing.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Fair pay. The difference between MST & RHVAC is up side down, or backwards. However you want to look at it.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
When calling the Helpdesk, you have to hit 1 for English or 2 for Spanish. Where am I from country? If you don’t select one of them, you get hong up on. We are in the USA, and the headquarters is from an English speaking country as well.
