Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
finding out an executive paid at $450k/yr makes me sick when she didnt do anything, meanwhile those of us working long hours are limping along on low end average pay
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
workers that should be fired are just ignored. they get paid to sit there and talk about football while the rest of us do their work. one of my teammates smokes pot on her breaks. its hard to get inspired to do better when they dont get fired
