Everyone has a One City Team attitude. We have a good team dynamic that works hard but have good times and laughs along the way.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am pleased at our health and dental benefits and the quality of our providers. Also, the 401k match is an attractive benefit at City. Lastly, there are many health programs offered to employees that I have enjoyed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I enjoy having flexibility to balance my work-family life. City is accommodating with balancing family commitments. There is a mutual respect of me, as the employee, working hard and meeting my deadlines but also provided the necessary time for family commitments.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our Senior Leadership Team (SLT) welcomes comments, feedback, and concerns from the entire City Team. The SLT is accessible and I have felt completely comfortable to discuss ideas and process changes. Frequently the CFO checks in with me to discuss how things are going but also gets to know me.
