I love this Bank. It is the best place I have ever worked at. It is a hard driving and rewarding culture where everyone treats each other with common courteously and respect. It is not perfect. So as long as Jorge Gonzalez is here, I will be here.

The most positive about the culture and environment at my company is its emphasis on diversity. At the end of the day, the different talents, temperaments, and convictions are what makes an organization great. The diversity of management from c-suite to middle mgt. - genders, ethnicity, and etc.

Jorge Gonzalez is amazing. If he was not here, I probably would not be here. His leadership, charisma, communication, and caring is second to none. If we had more CEO's in the world like Jorge, this world would be a better place. It is because of him that the executive team is great!
