My compensation package includes ecellecnt health insurance where our employer takes the buld of the increases yearly to reduce the cost to us.

I enjoy my job to be able to interact with my diverse clients and co workers. Reaching my golas and surpassing them yearly.

My position is fast paced and energetic, working along with my co -workers and the respect for senior management for what i do and accomplish

Our leadership team is detailed and always is focused on objectives of the Banks plans and growth, this information is always well communicated to the entire team at weekly meetings

My leadershiip team has been constatnt for the last 12 years. Consisting in leadership is important for stability. There guidance is detailed and specific, so you always know the path and can focus to achieve your goals.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our compensation package is very good in the Health Insurance and the portion the employee pays compared to what the bank pays, as well as our PTO. Employees that strive above and beyond are not only compensated monetarily but with additional perks to continue to bring the best out of us.
