The bad, unnecessary challenges, lack of support, little reward, incentive and motivation, good performance is not valued as it should, retention is not a priority, pay and money is always an issue. The good, some changes in executive and senior management are promising, remote work, the team.

The leadership team has come up with good perks and benefits.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think the company has core values I can align or identify myself with. The Remote Work option is extremely valuable.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Poor line executive/management decisions, no employee stability, too much turn-over in my department, too many rapid changes without considering the impact on the employee, lack of technology or support, no interest in retention or no retention plan, no discernible desire to invest in us.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salary is not competitive or to market, no steady increases, bonuses are not great, there is no upward mobility or career advancement... no clear career path. You are not exactly valued for performance, education, experience, knowledge... at least it does not translate into a good salary.
