Aside from normal benefits, CNB really cares for each of there employees. I have never been employed at a company that offers benefits to help homebuyers or couples having a baby. It really shows that CNB goes above and beyond for their employees.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I am a new employee of this company and the work environment itself is very advanced from other places that I have been. You can immediately feel that the employees here are happy to work for CNB. In my opinion I feel this sort of work ethic is driven from the top management.
