I have enjoyed my tenure at the organization. As mentioned previously, my coworkers are smart and kind, two traits that lead to success. An area of improvement would be to boost support staff. Some recent changes will be beneficial in the future but are a bit of "putting the cart before the horse."
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I believe I have answered this question in other comment areas.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy the work itself, and I believe that I have a good group of coworkers in my section of the bank. My coworkers are kind and very knowledgeable - two things that lead to success.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I don't have any interactions with the executive team, but I do with my immediate management team I do. I believe they are dedicated to grow the business and are trying ways to do that in this market with the resources given to them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe my compensation is below market for the area. Having stated that I believe this is the case I do enjoy the people I work with at the organization, along with the lack of a "heavy hand" and that is the reason why I continue to work at the organization.
