CNB is like a second home to me, I am not just saying this because I am being surveyed, I truly believe we are building something special. I have had many opportunities to leave, but I am really happy. I am thankful that I have a Boss like Chad Brown who listens and understands and mentors me daily.

I’ve been with the company for 8 years and truly love working here. However, I would appreciate more opportunities for advancement and hope not to be overlooked for future promotion

I love the people I work with, no matter how difficult a situation is, there is always someone willing to lend a helping hand

The leadership team cares about getting to know all employees. I have a had the opportunity to interact with some of the execs on different projects.

I feel like we are building something that will one day be amazing. the feeling of wanting to be the best in the business drives me daily.

The most positive aspect of our company culture is the strong sense of collaboration and support. Everyone is encouraged to contribute, and we genuinely work together to achieve success. We Work hard and We Play Hard!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel undervalued, but I believe my compensation should better reflect my skills, experience, and current market value. Adjusting it to align with industry standards for someone in my role would help me feel more valued.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have the best team in the industry, and Yarelle and I work closely together. I feel like my High 5 award is shared with her because we push each other to improve every day, making each other better.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team is extremely receptive and they listen to each and every employee. I feel my contribution to the institution has helped shape my department and the management team makes sure that I know my contribution is meaningful. I have never had a better boss than Chad.
