Advancement and better opportunities are extremely hard and at times HR over looks intercompany applications when applying to higher end positions within the company. Education, and past experiences are overlooked very easily.

Recently, we have been more involved in projects with Management.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
When we need time off or a specific issue having to do with personal life, the Company is flexible.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The Strategic Approach by top management is commendable when trying to make any change. However, the implementation and execution of any progress or change, is stagnant when middle management comes in.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay is very low in operational departments, and the inability to grow within the company, is discouraging to employees. Also, the lack of recognition within the team creates animosity and lowers moral in the department as a whole.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Training and knowledge of operational products and services offered by our bank. Also, training on poli9cies and Procedures to allow all of us to be more efficient in our daily tasks./ Not having to repeat the same things. We do need managements support on this, which is also something that we need
