Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Great place to work, sometimes feel as time is always against me. Need more staff to keep up with projects and the day to day. Sometime feel like the quality of my work could be better but due to time retrains, quality of work is affected.
What makes you most happy at work?
T be able to work for such a prestige establishment

we are like family. You can see it in our daily interactions.

What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager is Awesome. Puts his people first and treats you more than just an employee.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The communication and team work. We are a smal group but this group is amazing. Collaborating with them makes the impossible feel possible.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Seeing that the Team is so understaffed, i feel like my workload is that of 2 more employees. If you were to add the compensation it would take to complete the work in a manner that is expected, then you can clearly see im being undervalued.

Maybe if the Team was larger then being compensated for the work i do would not be so bad. However, since we are short staffed, IMO, then i should be compensated for doing the work of 3 employees. Not disgruntled by all means. I love working here. But something needs to be done about proper staffin
